Conclude service contract

You sim­ply sign a ser­vice con­tract with us that meets the needs and requi­re­ments of your com­pa­ny.

Assign monthly tasks

Via Slack, Trel­lo, Teams, by email or by pho­ne, you can let us know at any time during the term of the ser­vice con­tract which tasks need to be com­ple­ted.

Allocate resources

We sche­du­le the neces­sa­ry employees for the desi­red tasks. The tasks will be com­ple­ted during the month. We are hap­py to con­sider indi­vi­du­al dead­lines, just cont­act us.

Complete tasks

We work through the tasks inde­pendent­ly and let you know as soon as they are done.

Create & send timesheet

At the end of the month, you will recei­ve an invoice lis­ting the hours so you can track which pro­ject you used how many resour­ces for.
