All opt-ins can be exported as a CSV file at any time. You have the option of exporting either individual opt-ins or all opt-ins. If categories are used, you can also export only the opt-in information of a specific category.

Export all data #

To export all data, go to Forge12 Double Opt-In > Dashboard in the WordPress backend. There you will find an overview of the most recently performed opt-ins. At the end of the table, there is a button that you can use to export all entries as a CSV file.

It is also possible to export only individual pieces of information. To do this, go to Forge12 Double Opt-In > Dashboard in the WordPress backend. Then move the mouse over the desired opt-in to display the link to the detail page. On the detail page, you will find the Export as CSV button, which you can use to export the data.
